Geraldine Hay is a Deputy Editor for the materials chemistry portfolio at the Royal Society of Chemistry. After completing her degree at the University of Edinburgh, including a year abroad at the University of Hong Kong, Geraldine joined the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2018. During her time at the organisation, Geraldine has worked across a variety of journals including the flagship journal Chemical Science. Currently, as Deputy Editor for Materials Horizons and Journal of Materials Chemistry A, B and C, Geraldine works with the Executive Editor and Editorial Board to manage the journals, attract the best new science and promote the fantastic work published in the journals.
