Sun Eui Kim started his undergraduate study at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (Manhattan, New York) on 4 years half-tuition merit scholarship in 2014. He majors in Chemical Engineering and is conducting an independent study with Professor Benjamin Davis on separation train of Oxidative Coupling of Methane (OCM) reactor, involving heat integration of a possible separation train for the OCM reactor effluent. The data collected from Aspen 8.0 Pro simulation were used to perform pinch analysis and calculate the minimum utility cost. He started her training at TU Dresden on May 30th, 2016 and works until August 5th, 2016 on nano-scale photocatalyst materials and degradation of antibiotics under Dr. Klaus Kuehn and PhD candidate M.Sc. Hoai Nga Le.
