Manrique

Pedro Manrique

former Team member

Stay period:Jan. 1, 2010 - Dec. 30, 2010

Pedro got his bachelor in Physics at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) in 2007. From February 2007 until January 2009 he pursued his master of science at the same university, in the group of theoretical condensed matter with Dr. Ferney Rodriguez, in the field of open quantum systems and decoherence. In April 2009, he joined the groups of Prof. Cuniberti and of Prof. Seifert as a co-supervised PhD student within MPIPKS International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS "Dynamical Processes in Atoms, Molecules and Solids"). He will work on charge migration in organic devices focusing on the dependence on electron-phonon coupling, correlation and electronic excited states and considering realistic structures.
