Kawah Wong obtained her bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in Rochester Institute of Technology, New York (USA). After graduation, she started as a research and development engineer for a medical device company and continued her career as a research and development engineer in bioprocessing and biofiltration. Currently, she studies as an Erasmus Mundus Masters in Nanotechnology and Nanoscience student in a dual degree program with KU Leuven and TU Dresden. She joins the Chair of Material Science and Nanotechnology for her project work and Masters thesis in the OralSens project.
